
David Givner

David Givner has over thirty-five years of real estate experience with specialization in the areas of real estate acquisitions and real estate asset management. Mr. Givner is the President of HPI Capital, a real estate investment firm that has acquired over $2 billion of assets. His most recent institutional position was as head of the Real Estate Asset Management Group for The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. In this capacity, Mr. Givner directed the Bank's worldwide real estate asset activities. Mr. Givner has served as the Director of New York University's Real Estate Institute.
He holds a B.B.A. in accounting and an M.B.A. in finance from the City College of New York and has his Ph.D. / ABD from Syracuse University. In addition to numerous articles, he collaborated with R. Lindberg on a book entitled, “Operational Auditing,” which was published by the American Management Association. Mr. Givner currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Government Leasing News and is a Congressional Delegate for the National Federal Development Association.
